THE GREAT AMERICA READ

JUST A FEW OF THE BOOKS THAT I LOVE TO READ,
THE First one is near and dear too my heart,  it took me back to my childhood.
My thanks too all the authors, that made my days brighter and to the ones who's
words would keep me up at nights, not wanting to put the book down!

Hitting the jackpot

A few weekends ago , we met up with one of our kids and  his family, and
 added to that they had our great grandson , that made it even sweeter.
We got to play on the beach , and was going to go do some fishing, but it got to HOT.
So we parted way to soon ,but we had a good time.
 
On our way home,  I'm always  on the lookout for yard sales .  So you guested it ,
we pasted a trailer truck load full of books. We had to stop.  I LOVE BOOKS!!

Well, as I was going though them,  The person running the sale said he would make
me a deal I could not walk away from,   So I left with 3 big boxes of old hard back
for FREE!  The oldest book was copyright 1905.
IT was a Cherry on the top kind of day!!!
